Our support team will gladly answer all your questions. You can get the answers to all your questions through a contact form or an ‘Ask a question’ button on a mentor’s profile page. Moreover, after you’ve paid, your subscription period doesn’t start right away, you need to contact your mentor first to start it. We try not to distract our mentors form their present students much. You don’t want your mentor to waste time on some other students during your study time, do you? So we kindly request you to ask our support team all your questions. If needed, we can always connect you with a future mentor through Gitter. But usually it’s not necessary.
