How to organize your work. How to search for right answers on your own. How to communicate with clients. Besides showing how to, basically, code, your mentors share all of their professional knowledge (which is impossible to find in any manual or guide) with their students. Mentorship helps you get a job and gives you the confidence you need to start working for money.
