What does your mentor selection process look like?

We search for mentors on our own by word-of-mouth, and sometimes our future mentors find us themselves. All mentors are checked thoroughly regardless. We scrutinize their experience and soft skills, talk with their colleagues and ex-students (a lot of our mentors have taught before joining mkdev) to get their professional and pedagogical background.
