There’s only one case when we do it. After you’ve paid, you immediately get your mentor’s contact info. But you need to get acquainted and discuss all the details first. Only after that your mentor can manually start the subscription period you’ve paid for. If during the period when the mentor hasn’t done it yet you suddenly realize that’s something’s wrong and this mentor is not for you, we’ll do a refund. Let your mentor know and contact our support team, and we’ll help you.
